Project Overview
STG shopping app is an E-commerce mobile application project that is designed to provide users with an intuitive, seamless, and enjoyable shopping experience. The goal is to create a user-friendly interface that optimizes the user journey, increases customer satisfaction, and smooth and efficient shopping experience that can be accessed from any mobile device.
Problem statement
STG e-commerce website is not providing an optimal user experience, as users are having difficulty navigating the interface and completing purchases. Additionally, the current website design does not provide a visually appealing user experience, leading to a decrease in Average Order Value, and lifetime value of customers. The goal of this project is to identify and implement changes to the mobile application that will improve user experience and engagement.
Solution
- Create a clear and user-friendly interface that is easy to navigate and provides an intuitive user experience.
- Incorporate a product search feature that allows users to quickly locate items they are looking for.
- Add a “Recently Viewed” feature so users are able to quickly return to items they previously viewed.
- Implement a streamlined checkout process that allows users to easily select items and pay for them quickly.
- Include an easy-to-use wish list feature that allows users to save items they are interested in for future purchases.
- Design a mobile app that is optimized to run on multiple platforms, including iOS and Android.
- Implement a secure payment system that allows users to pay with a variety of payment methods, such as credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay.
- Implement a feedback system that allows users to provide feedback or suggestions to help improve the user experience.
